Do you offer custom color matching?
Yes, we provide professional color matching services for Benjamin Moore paints. Bring a sample, color card, or photo, and we can mix your color on-site.
Do you sell spray machines, wood coatings, andpainting tools?
Absolutely. We are authorized dealers of Festool, Graco, Tritech, General Finishes, Old Masters, Saman, Bennett, Richard, and more — offering everything from spray equipment to stains, varnishes, and brushes.
Can I place an order directly on your website?
Yes. You can shop online through our Shopify website, with options for in-store pickup or cross-province shipping.
How can I check my order status?
Simply log in to your account and view your order history to track your shipment.
What are your shipping rates and delivery areas?
We ship across Ontario and most provinces in Canada (except YT, NT, and NU).
- Free shipping on orders over $200.
- For orders under $200, shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on region and weight.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped.
What is your return policy?
Unopened and non-custom items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days with proof of purchase. Custom-tinted paints are final sale and cannot be returned.
What are your detailed return terms?
- Custom or tinted paints are non-refundable;
- Items must be in their original, unopened condition;
- Proof of purchase is required;
- For shipping damages, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Can I pick up my online order in-store?
Yes. You may pick up your order at either our Richmond Hill headquarters or East York branch. You’ll receive an email or text notification once your order is ready.
Do you offer discounts for members?
