Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for most unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase, with the original receipt.

 

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to product safety and industry standards, we cannot accept returns for the following items:

Tinted paint or stain (all custom-tinted colors are final sale)

Mixed / tinted caulking, putty, epoxy, or fillers

Open or partially used paint, stain, sealers, or solvents

Wallpaper adhesives, mixed glue, joint compound that have been opened

Special order items (including non-stock colours, custom orders, or backordered goods)

Clearance or final-sale items

Sprayers, power tools, and equipment that have been used

Products with missing parts, damaged packaging, or signs of use

 

3. Return Conditions

To qualify for a refund:

Item must be unopened, unused, and in resellable condition

Must include original packaging

Must provide order number or receipt

Refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 3–7 business days

 

4. Exchanges

We allow exchanges for unopened items.
Tinted paint cannot be exchanged unless there was a color-matching error caused by our store.

 

5. Defective or Damaged Products

If a product is defective or damaged upon arrival:

Please contact us within 48 hours with photos

We will arrange replacement, exchange, or store credit depending on situation

 

6. Online Order Returns

For online orders:

Customers may return eligible items to our retail stores (Richmond Hill)

Shipping costs are non-refundable

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error
